Two small time crooks looking to scam wealthy tourists organize a guided tour of an abandoned Slovenian manor house rumored to be haunted by the cousin of Count Dracula. Their first group of visitors consist of a Swedish Satanist looking for a relic, French goths on a vampire hunt and a Russian porn director looking for a location. The tour descends into bloody chaos as the tourists are slaughtered one-by-one by a mysterious phantom wielding a saw. When the survivors seek refuge in the basement, they are confronted by a family of hungry cannibals looking for their next meal.
